以某变电站 1 0kV小电阻接地系统为背景 ,针对屡次出现的接地变压器零序保护误动现象 ,建立了1 0kV配电网的数学模型 ,并进行了理论分析和Matlab数值仿真 ,提出了线路参数不对称及线路非金属性接地两个因素共同作用 ,导致 1 0kV小电阻接地系统运行方式下接地变压器零序保护误动的客观原因 ,以及系统的设计、安装、管理等人为原因。同时给出了检查 1 0kV出线电缆绝缘情况及建立零序电流监测装置等的相应的防范措施 ,以防止此类故障的发生 |

Abstract: |
Based on the foregoing basic introduction of information infusion technology, the paper primarily discusses practical applying problems of the technology. Firstly, the paper analyzes the present information processing technology used in the power system, points out its disadvantage and limitation. Then, combining with the new direction of the information technology and the development layout of the power system, the feasibility and inevitability are narrated. Finally, the paper points out the application foreground of the information fusion technology by the detail instance, additionally, the technology difficulties needed to be solved are listed. |
