摘要: |
由于目前电力技术监督管理系统数据处理采用手工方式 ,信息传递速度较慢 ,数据处理量较大 ,同时不利于技术监督信息的查询和共享。随着计算机与网络技术的发展 ,使得通过计算机网络更新技术监督管理手段成为可能。论述了基于B/S模式的电力技术监督管理系统的总体设计和实现方法。本系统采用了微软的最新技术ASP .NET和SUN公司的WebDataWindow技术 ,实现了电力技术信息的快速传递、报表汇总计算、多样式查询、报表统一管理等功能 ,很好地解决了FreeForm格式的报表的数据输入输出的问题 |

Abstract: |
The power quality becomes more and more important and close attention is gradually paid to power quality by electric industry and consumers. At present the domestic and foreign power quality monitoring instruments have some disadvantages to implementation in China. This paper describes the technical features and basic functions of Open Power Quality Management System newly developed and the design of program modules. In the end, it predicts the vista of the application. |
