利用暂态电流的高压输电线路暂态保护新方案

摘要:
提出了一种基于多尺度小波分析的高压输电线路暂态保护的新方案。介绍了高压输电线路及母线对高频暂态电流衰减的特点,通过利用多个频带内暂态信号的谱能量来实现区内外故障的准确识别。从而避免了仅利用某个频率信号能量的比值所造成的利用故障信息不充分和电压过零故障时信号很小不易识别的缺点。仿真分析证明了该方案在各种故障条件下的可行性。

Abstract:
A new scheme based on multi-resolution analysis for EHV transmission lines non-unit transient protection is introduced.According to characteristics of EHV transmission line fault transient current,a fault can be identified as internal or external one based on the spectrum energies in many frequency bands.It can avoid the defects of not using the fault information fully or indentifying the fault easily.The validity of scheme facing different fault conditions is verified with Matlab simulation test.
