摘要: |
统一筹划电力监控自动化系统的一体化建设是国内外电力行业和技术标准组织普遍提出的思想。阐述了配套自动化子系统在电网建设初期在信息交换上的实际需要和复杂性,提出了基于IEC61970标准和CIM/XML的无缝连接一体化自动化系统的目标。在数据库、网络和通信技术的基础上构建了能对各个配套自动化子系统实现相对高度统一的数据和信息共享的平台。最后论述了该系统建设中需要注意的技术特点和系统所具有的显著优点。 |
