已往的全桥倍流变换器的模型多是建立在忽略电路损耗等寄生参数基础之上的,在低电压大电流输出的情况下,这些寄生参数不可以忽略。据此针对全桥倍流同步整流变换器,在考虑了电路中的损耗分布等一些寄生参数的情况下,建立了新的系统模型,并结合全桥倍流变换器的小信号系统分析,进行了校正设计,最后给出的仿真结果表明,本建模方法与未考虑各种寄生参数的建模方法相比,更符合实际电路工作情况。 |

Abstract: |
In previous times, the full bridge converter flow model is built on more loss and neglected parasitic circuit parameters based on the low voltage high current output under the circumstances, these parasitic parameters can not be neglected. This paper, considering the loss of some parasitic parameters such circumstances, establishes the new system model. It combines with full-bridge converter times the flow of small signal analysis to do design correction. Simulation results indicate that this modeling method compared with not consider all the parameters of parasitic modeling method is better with the actual circuit performance. |
