输电网脆弱线路识别的静态综合指标法

摘要:
提出一种电网脆弱线路识别的静态模型,采用综合脆弱指标对电力系统中的线路作脆弱识别。该方法基于复杂网络理论,利用直流潮流算法识别出重要线路和非重要线路,克服了以往算法计算量庞大的缺点。提出综合脆弱指标对重要线路作脆弱重要性排序,该指标兼顾考虑了系统的网络结构和运行状态特性,真实反映出线路的功率传输对整个系统的影响情况。提出网络效率百分比指标,同已有模型相结合能够更全面反应系统的故障程度。新英格兰10机39节点系统和IEEE118节点系统算例的仿真计算,验证了该模型的有效性和合理性。

Abstract:
This paper presents a static model for vulnerable lines identification in power grid, which uses the static comprehensive index to identify vulnerable lines in power systems. Based on the complex network theory, this method uses the DC flow algorithm to identify the important lines and the unimportant lines, which overcomes the vast calculation weaknesses of the previous algorithm. This paper presents the comprehensive vulnerable index to sort the important lines by the vulnerable importance. This index considers both the network structure and the running state characteristic of system, truly reflecting the influence of the power transmission of lines on the whole power system. The network efficiency percentage index is introduced and combined with the existing model to comprehensively reflect the system fault’s degree. The example simulation of The New England 10-generator 39- node system and the IEEE 118-node system proves that the model is valid and rational.
