提出一种考虑子目标协调系数的配电网综合评价新方法。该方法在层次分析法的基础上,首次提出对子目标的评价值进行离散度分析,从中提取反映子目标相互偏离程度的互协调系数从而构建出判断协调程度的协调矩阵,再通过协调矩阵发展出子目标协调系数的计算方法,实现了定量分析配电网协调发展的配电网综合评价方法。该方法既考虑了子目标重要程度对总评值的贡献度,又计及了子目标的协调程度对总评值的影响,不但能够给出评价样本的综合得分水平,而且能够客观地判断评价样本的均衡性。通过对6个区域的10 kV低压配电网进行分析,论证了该方法的有效性和实用性。 |

Abstract: |
A new comprehensive evaluation method considering the coordination coefficient of sub-goals is proposed. Based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, the dispersion analysis is first applied to study the difference of evaluation values between the sub-goals. Therefore, a new definition named mutual coordination coefficient is deduced in order to describe the derivation of evaluation values. With this mutual coordination coefficient, the coordination matrix is established and comprehensive coordination coefficient is developed. As a result, the AHP evaluation calculation method is improved by coordination coefficient to analyze the coordination of the distribution network. The contribution of sub-goals in significance as well as coordination to the total evaluation value is taken into account in this method at the same time. So, not only the comprehensive score of the evaluation sample can be calculated, but also the balance can be judged objectively. Finally, the 10 kV low voltage distribution networks in six different areas are analyzed, and the results indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. |
