为了提高智能变电站过程层网络的通信可靠性,给出一种基于信息流的过程层网络设备异常保护方法。基于过程层网络信息流的特性分析,研究了过程层网络信息流的异常状态形成机理以及特征量,并提出了信息流异常的保护策略。进一步,基于GOOSE、SV报文的解析以及信息流量的监控,给出过程层网络信息流异常保护的判据、逻辑和整定计算方法,实现了过程层网络信息流异常告警以及网络故障隔离,并启动备用装置对故障装置进行替换,实现了事故状态的恢复。在构建智能变电站网络通信系统保护监控体系方面进行了实质性的有效探索。 |

Abstract: |
The reliability of the process layer network is the key of the stability of the smart substation. In order to improve the reliability of the process layer network, a new protection method which is based on the information flow is presented. Based on the analysis of the feature of the information flow, the formation mechanism of the abnormal information flow is studied as well as the character of the fault diagnosis, and the related protection strategies are then proposed. Furthermore, based on the packet analysis of GOOSE and SV, and the information flow monitoring, the protection criterion, protection logic and threshold setting calculation are proposed. It can give alarm when the information flow is abnormal and cut off the fault. By the efforts of this paper, the communication performance of the process layer network can be improved, which will promote the stability of the smart substation. |
