摘要: |
针对传统10 kV开闭所的问题,提出了基于GOOSE机制的出线故障闭锁进线保护,解决了开闭所进出线电流保护难以配合的问题。在进线保护中,集成基于GOOSE机制的进线备自投和母联备自投软件模块,不需要单独配置备用电源自投装置,节省了设备投资。进线保护中增加自动甩负荷功能,通过GOOSE信息实现分布式过负荷自动减载。基于GOOSE机制的出线故障闭锁进线已在现场应用,网络化备自投和自动序位甩负荷在现场已取得良好效果。 |

Abstract: |
In the traditional 10 kV switch substation, the inlet and outlet current protection are difficult to cooperate, thus this paper proposes that the outlet fault locks the inlet protection based on GOOSE. For the inlet protection, the GOOSE based inlet backup power switchover units are integrated into busbar backup power switchover units, and it does not need exclusive backup power switchover units, which saves equipment investment. The function of automatic sequence load shedding through distributed GOOSE information is added to the inlet protection. The method of outlet fault locking inlet protection, network backup power switchover units and automatic sequence load shedding are all applied in the field. The networked backup power switchover units and automatic sequence load shedding have achieved good results. |
