随着电力行业的快速发展,110 kV及以上电压等级均已有比较成熟的保护措施,6 kV(10 kV)到35 kV这个电压等级范围内的厂用中压配电开关柜为供电系统的供电枢纽,在发生内部故障时是否能迅速切除故障,对全厂(变电站)配电系统的安全运行至关重要。目前各电网公司在35 kV及以下配电柜正逐步应用弧光保护,弧光保护技术也是现今中国继电保护领域一项突出的技术进步。采用弧光保护系统,从弧光故障到跳闸时间可以做到小于4 ms,远远快于传统的继电保护装置,保护人员和设备不受到弧光的危害。电弧光保护技术在电力领域已 |

Abstract: |
Along with the rapid development of power industry, the protection plans for voltage levels of 110 kV and above have been fully developed. Plant medium voltage distribution switchgear cabinet is used as the power hinge for the voltage levels from 6 kV (10 kV) to 35 kV. Whether an internal fault would be rapidly removed is very important for the safe operation of the distribution system of the whole plant (substations). Currently, the arc protection is gradually used at the 35 kV and below distribution cabinet in Grid Corporation. Arc protection technology is also an outstanding technological progress in the field of relay protection. Using arc protection system, the time interval between arc fault and tripping can be less than 4 ms. It is much faster than the traditional relay protection equipment. The workers and equipment are not subject to the hazards of arc. Arc protection technology has been fully developed and successfully applied in the power field. |
