当电网某线路发生故障时,其暂态信号分别向故障点两侧传播,测量到的频率与故障点到观测点的距离有确定的数学关系。基于特征频率的暂态信号分析方法不需要提取行波波头到达时刻,避免了行波时域分析时由于波形畸变造成的测距误差。在研究前人的成果与不足基础上,提出了应用于中压配电网单端行波故障测距新方法,大大提高了信号频率分辨能力与测距精确度。该方法首先通过以故障波形信息自建立母小波函数,提高了母小波的适应性与特征频率提取的分辨能力;由上一步确定的故障特征频率,再从小波尺度图进一步对其进行修正。大量的仿真实验证明,基于该方法的单端故障测距适应性好,定位精度高。 |

Abstract: |
The transient characteristic propagates to both ends of line from fault point when a fault occurs in the distribution networks. A determined mathematical relationship is obtained between characteristic frequencies and distance from the fault point to observation point. The identification of wave front is unnecessary when using transient signal analysis based on characteristic frequencies, so that fault location error is avoided due to waveform distortion of time domain analysis. Some achievements and shortcomings are summarized from former papers, and a new single-ended fault location method is proposed and applied to medium distribution networks, which improves signal frequencies resolution and fault location accuracy. The proposed procedure builds an fault-waveform-inferred mother wavelets firstly, which enhances the adaptability of mother wavelets and resolution of characteristic frequencies; then characteristic frequencies are corrected by scalogram in time domain based on determined frequencies on the former step. Many simulations show the new method has good adaptability and high fault location accuracy. |
