为了提高分布式能源通信及控制功能的扩展性与互操作性,针对分布式能源的信息模型构建与信息交互,提出了一种基于IEC 61850-7-420标准的分布式能源通信及控制通用接口,给出了通用接口具体的设计与实现方法。开发了通用接口实际的智能电子设备,并基于构建的多分布式能源集成测试平台,对分布式能源通信及控制功能进行了相应的实验测试。研究结果表明,通用接口的设计与实现方法切实可行,分布式能源在其状态信息、设置、控制以及测量/计量值等方面能够实现快速、准确的信息交互,为分布式能源系统集成提供有效的技术手段和解决方案。 |

Abstract: |
In order to improve extensibility and interoperability of distributed energy resources (DER) communication and control functions, the universal interface for DER communication and control based on IEC 61850-7-420 is presented for DER information model building and information exchange, and its specific design and implementation methods are proposed. The intelligent electronic devices for universal interface is developed, and the corresponding DER communication and control functions test is conducted based on multiple DER integration testbed. The research results show that the design and implementation methods of universal interface are feasible, and DER can achieve rapid and accurate information exchange for its status information, settings, control and measured/metered values. The universal interface can provide the effective techniques and solutions for DER system integration. |
