根据风光资源情况、各分布式电源输出特性以及用户对供电可靠性的要求,研究了风光储互补独立微电网电源优化配置问题。采用自适应罚函数法对其目标函数进行修正,使得在满足用户供电可靠性要求的前提下,经济性达到最好。在求解过程中,结合自适应旋转角调整策略、量子位交叉变异操作和群体灾变思想,提出了一种新的混合量子遗传算法。最后,对一个实际算例进行仿真,将其优化结果与典型量子遗传算法和普通遗传算法的优化结果进行对比,结果表明,该方法不仅能快速收敛,而且全局寻优能力强。 |

Abstract: |
This paper studies the optimal allocation of hybrid solar-wind island microgrid according to the richness of solar and wind resources, the output characteristics of distributed generations and the users’ requirements for the reliability of power supply. An adaptive penalty function method is adopted to correct the objective function so that the best economy performance can be achieved under the premise of meeting the requirements for the reliability of power supply. In the solving process, a new hybrid quantum genetic algorithm (HQGA) is proposed combining with the adaptive rotation angle adjustment strategy, crossover and mutation operation for quantum bits and the idea of population catastrophe. Finally a practical case is simulated through the proposed algorithm and the optimal results are compared with those obtained by quantum genetic algorithm and genetic algorithm. The result shows that the proposed method can not only rapidly converge, but also has a good global optimization capability. |
