摘要: |
针对传统电力通信网风险评价方法的单一性,提出了一种基于业务的电力通信网风险综合评价方法。评价方法首先基于业务分析电力通信网链路的运行风险;其次从网络拓扑角度分析各链路对网络的重要性并得到链路权重值;利用链路权重和链路风险值进行综合运算,从而得到网络风险值和网络风险均衡度这两项风险评价指标值。以一个由8个节点、12条链路组成的基础网络为例,构建电力通信网络模型进行仿真,仿真结果证明了综合评价方法所得指标的有效性与准确性,并可为网络风险控制提供参考,具有现实意义,在风险管理方面有一定的应用前景。 |

Abstract: |
Aiming at the monotony of traditional risk evaluation method of electric power communication network, a comprehensive method for evaluating risk of electric power communication network is presented. The risk evaluation method analyzes the link risk status based on the operational services, and calculates the link weight by means of analyzing the importance of link to network from the perspective of topology, and then the two risk evaluation indexes: network risk and degree of risk balancing of network can be calculated by combining link risk and link weight. An electric power communication network model is built for simulation according to a basic network composed of eight nodes and twelve links, and the simulation results show that the risk evaluation indexes are effective and accurate, can provide a considerable basis for the risk control, and have practical significance and extensive application prospects in risk management. |
