基于网络的智能变电站母线保护若采用瞬时值数据作为差动原始数据,则在网络性能下降时,其保护性能将显著降低甚至出错。对相位比较型差动保护的原理进行深入的分析,得出其在区内故障存在流出电流情况下误动的根本原因,并据此提出基于突变量阻抗原理的差动保护。该差动保护方案同步性要求低、传输的数据量小、抗CT饱和能力强,且可用于母线保护、短引线保护、站域后备保护等场合。 |

Abstract: |
If network-based smart substation takes synchronous values as differential original data, the differential protection performance declines significantly or even goes wrong when the network performance decreases. The principle of phase comparison differential protection is analyzed thoroughly. The fundamental reason of malfunction is found when the current flows out of the busbar in a busbar shorted fault, based on which a differential protection is proposed based on the principle of variable impedance. The new scheme has low synchronization requirement, small amount of data to be transferred, and high CT anti-saturation ability. It can be applied to busbar protection, short-lead line protection, backup protection for the whole substation, etc. |
