基于SOC调控的用于抑制光伏波动的电池储能优化控制方法

摘要:
针对平抑可再生能源功率波动的应用需求,在低通滤波原理的基础上,根据电池储能的荷电状态(SOC)实时调整滤波时间常数,分析了电池储能的能量与光伏发电功率波动之间的关系,提出了优化配置电池储能的功率和能量的计算方法。这种方法可以通过电池储能在光伏发电系统中的合理配置规划,大大简化电池储能在实际运行中的控制策略,避免电池的过充过放,优化电池运行参数,从而延长使用寿命。在Matlab中搭建了控制仿真模型,结果验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:
Due to the requirement of leveling off the output power fluctuations, the relationship between the battery energy capacity and PV power fluctuation is analyzed by adjusting the filter time constant according to the state of charge (SOC) based on the low-pass filtering principle, and the optimization design method of battery power capacity and energy capacity is put forward. With the reasonable battery configuration for PV power system, the battery over-charge and over-discharge can be avoided, and the best operation condition and long service life would be obtained. A simulation Matlab model is tested to verify the feasibility of this method.
