针对智能变电站信息流的特点,提出了一种基于IEC61850标准的专用智能通信设备的开发方案。分析了智能变电站目前采用的工业以太网交换机在经济成本和技术应用方面的情况,探讨了未来智能变电站对通信设备的特有应用需求。专用通信设备摈弃了工业以太网技术使用的数据处理机制,采用虚专线、层次化的OAM、端到端的QoS、精确时钟同步以及标准建模等技术,优化了网络资源配置管理,提高了通信设备的信息传输效率以及网络性能。 |

Abstract: |
In view of the characteristics of information flow in smart substation, a development scheme of special smart communication device based on IEC61850 is proposed. This paper analyzes the economic costs and technical application of industrial Ethernet switch in smart substation, and explores the special application requirement for communication device of smart substation in future. Special communication device abandons the mechanism of data process for industrial Ethernet technology, adopts several technology such as virtual private wire, hierarchical OAM, end-to-end QoS, precise clock synchronization and standard modeling, optimizes network resource configuration management, and improves the information transmission efficiency of communication device and network performance. |
