以±500 kV德阳换流站为例,介绍了主泵轴封渗水及均压电极腐蚀结垢两项可能导致直流设备停运的典型阀水冷系统隐患。通过多次处理轴封缺陷,并在设备运行过程中连续跟踪分析,基本确定气蚀振动是引发轴封渗水的原因。因此提出从电机选型、电机控制及主泵进出水管路改造三方面防控此类隐患的意见,并确定最经济稳定的改造方案为主泵进出水管路增加旁路的方式。利用停极机会检查电极结垢、腐蚀情况,判断电极结垢可能对直流输电系统造成的影响。通过结垢成分分析确定引发电极结垢的设备原因,采用冷却水介质换型解决了因水质原因而造成散热器腐蚀 |

Abstract: |
Taking the ± 500 kV Deyang Converter Station as an example, the main pump shaft seal water seepage and the scaling of voltage sharing electrodes are two typical hidden troubles which may cause HVDC equipment outage. Through the defects treatment of shaft seals for many times, tracking and analysis continuously in the operation process of equipment, it can be basically determined that cavitation vibration is the reason which causes shaft seal water seepage. In order to prevent and control this hidden trouble, three improving suggestions are put forward, including motor selection, motor controlling and improving the main pump outlet pipe road, and then the improvement program is determined as adding the bypass in the main pump outlet pipe road for its economy and stability. Electrode scaling and corrosion is checked to determine the influence of HVDC transmission system caused by electrode scaling, the cause of the electrode scaling is determined according to the analysis of the constituents content in scaling electrode, and then the electrodes are descaled. The hidden trouble of radiator corrosion caused by water quality is solved by changing the cooling water medium, and according to the closed structure of inner cooling water system, an improved scheme by adding gasbag is designed to descale the electrodes. Analysis and governance of the two hidden troubles will provide the guidance for selecting and designing of related equipment in new converter, and provide a reference to analyze the similar hidden hazard for completed converters. |
