摘要: |
为了提高保护装置生产效率、降低生产成本,根据保护装置测试流程及现有技术条件,提出了一种高效的自动测试方案。基于现有保护装置测试案例,结合计算机技术归纳出自动测试种类;基于测试用例可重用的基本思想,利用特征字映射方式,提出了可重用的测试用例编写方法。在测试仪及IO卡的配合下,实现了保护装置功能测试的自动化。方案实施结果表明,该方案较大地提高了测试效率,实现了重复性劳动自动化处理的基本需求。同时,自动生成测试报告,供归档管理,提高管理的电子化水平,提高了管理质量。 |

Abstract: |
In order to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs of relay protection device, according to the test process and the existing technical conditions, this paper proposes an efficient automatic test scheme. Based on the existing protection device test cases and the computer technology, it sums up the automatic test categories; based on the basic idea about reusable test cases, it proposes the compiling method of reusable test cases using the mapping mode of tagged word. It realizes the automation for the functional test of the protection device with the cooperation of tester and IO card. Implementation results show that the scheme proposed greatly improves the test efficiency and realizes the basic needs of repetitive work automation processing. At the same time, it automatically generates test reports for the filing management and improves the electronic level of management and the management quality. |
