为解决因电网中加入STATCOM后对保护的影响而产生的在线校核顺序问题,提出一种含有STATCOM的线路保护重要性评估方法。该方法以线路整体为研究对象,从电网节点拓扑结构、线路对于功率传输的影响以及受STATCOM的影响程度各方面对线路进行重要程度的综合评价。并据此对保护进行在线校核,避免了无序随机校核带来的对时间和资源的浪费,提高了在线校核的效率。利用IEEE10机39节点系统进行仿真并进行分析,仿真分析结果验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。 |

Abstract: |
The STATCOM connected in grid has impact on the protection and consequently results in the order problem of online check. To deal with the problem, this paper proposes a method of protection importance evaluation with STATCOM. This method takes the whole line as the research object, evaluating the line importance comprehensively in terms of grid nodes topology structure, the circuit influence on power transmission, and the degree influenced by STATCOM. The protections are checked according to the sorting result, avoiding wasting the time and resources caused by the unordered and random checking, and improving the efficiency of the online checking. The IEEE 10 machine 39 nodes system is used to simulate, and the result verifies the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed method. |
