摘要: |
风电机组的可靠性评估可以为机组的可靠运行奠定基础。以风力发电机组液压系统为例,运用故障树分析法,并针对系统的灰色性及复杂性,提出利用改进灰关联分析法融合故障树的可靠性分析方法。该方法针对人为设置分辨系数使结果趋于平均化的不足,采用动态分辨系数确定原则,有效扩大了关联度分布区间。同时,为了更加符合实际工程需要,引入关联熵作为权重系数。通过对各种故障模式的重要度进行排序,找出系统的薄弱环节,为预防事故的发生,提高系统的可靠性提供理论依据。 |

Abstract: |
Reliability assessment of wind turbines can lay a foundation for its reliable operation. Using hydraulic system of wind turbine as an example, according to the system’s grey and complexity, a novel method is proposed by introducing the grey correlation analysis method into the fault tree analysis. This method adopts the dynamic identification coefficient principle instead of artificial setting 0.5, which expands the correlation distribution interval effectively. Also, factor weight coefficient is introduced to suffice the need of project. Application of this method shows that the importance of failure modes can be sorted and the weak link can be found. The results can be the theoretical basis of preventing accident and improving system reliability. |
