电网规划设计和运行管理中,需要使用电源规划、负荷预测、网络拓扑、电气参数等各类信息。目前这些数据存在统计口径不一致,信息不完备等问题。为此,提出了一种电网规划运行数据库与集成管理平台设计方案。该方案基于C/S软件架构,采用Oracle数据库进行数据存储,并以数据完备、减少冗余为原则进行了数据库的详细设计,涵盖了电网规划和运行管理所需的各类信息。在完成数据库设计的基础上,开发了集成管理平台,该平台主要提供了数据管理与维护功能以及电力系统元件模型自定义和电网运行方式管理功能。该设计方案已在南方电网得以实现,并作为后续各类高级应用的数据支撑和集成管理平台。 |

Abstract: |
In the planning and operation of power grid, various types of data such as generation planning, load forecast, network topology, electrical parameters, etc. are needed. At present, the statistics of these data are from different sources. Incomplete information is also existed. Therefore, this paper puts forward a design scheme of an integrated database management platform for power grid planning and operation to solve this problem. The integrated database management platform is based on a distributed software architecture and Oracle database for data storage, which covers all the data requirements for power system planning and operation and provides user defined component models. The scheme has been implemented in China Southern Power Grid. The platform provides data interface for all kinds of advanced applications. |
