为实现智能变电站配置过程中SSD文件的生成,增强智能变电站配置工具的图形表述能力,设计了一种基于SVG(可缩放矢量图形)的智能变电站SSD文件生成方法。该方法深入研究SVG与SCL组合的方式,通过编辑SVG的内部文档类型定义(DTD)文件,在SVG文件中引入SCL元素及属性,设计包含SCL信息的设备图元,实现在变电站一次接线图绘制的同时添加符合SCL语法的变电站配置信息。可将绘制的变电站一次接线图导出为SVG文件,利用已配置SCL信息的接线图实现SSD文件的自动生成。所设计的方法可增强配置工具的图形编辑能力,降低对工程人员IEC 61850专业知识的要求,简化SSD文件的生成过程。 |

Abstract: |
In order to generate the SSD file in configuration process of intelligent substation and enhance the graphical representation capability of configuration tool, this paper designs a method of generating SSD file based on SVG. According to the characteristics that the SVG and SCL are based on XML language, this paper edits the internal document type definition (DTD) file, declares SCL elements and attributes in the SVG file, then designs equipment element which contains SCL information. By this way, we can add the configuration information which conforms to SCL syntax when drawing the primary connection diagram of substation, and export the primary connection diagram of substation to SVG file. By using the primary connection diagram which has been configured the SCL information, we can generate the SSD file. This method can enhance the capability of graphics editing of configuration tool, reduce the requirement of engineers’ professional knowledge of IEC 61850, and simplify the process of creation of SSD file. |
