摘要: |
智能变电站使用了更多的光缆,但采用人工方式核查光缆和虚回路的对应关系效率不高且容易出错。分析了光缆信息的“虚实对应”原理,提出了一种基于二维码方式的智能标签技术,并对智能标签的编码、生成和解析进行了研究。通过智能标签的“即扫即看”,可实现光缆连接信息的“虚实对应”展示,从而降低了光缆维护的差错率,方便了现场的调试、检修。该技术在江苏镇江220 kV华山智能变电站进行了应用。结果表明,该技术可极大提高智能变电站调试、检修和改扩建的效率及正确性。 |

Abstract: |
Smart substation uses more optical cables, but an artificial way to check corresponding relation between optical cable (actual circuit) and virtual terminator circuit are inefficient and error-prone. This paper analyzes principle of corresponding relation between virtual terminator circuit and actual circuit, proposes a smart tag’s technology based on the two-dimension code, and studies the coding, generating and parsing. Through scanning the smart tag, it can display the corresponding relation between virtual terminator circuit and actual circuit, thus, reduces the error rate of optical cable maintenance, and facilitates the debugging and maintenance on the spot. The technology has been applied in 220 kV Huashan smart substation of Zhenjiang, Jiangsu province. Results show that the technology can greatly improve the efficiency and correctness of the smart substation’s debugging, maintenance and reconstruction. |
