变电站配置描述(SCD)文件是智能变电站二次系统的核心部分。针对目前智能变电站工程SCD文件应用过程中无法有效支持IEC 61850面向对象高级应用的问题,提出了一种基于全模型SCD的智能变电站二次系统可视化管理及智能诊断技术方案。该方案通过建立SCD应用模型,完整构建了一、二次设备及网络通信的拓扑关系。通过500 kV智能变电站二次演示系统的推演,验证了全模型SCD对于实现面向对象管理模式的有效性,可为变电站无人值守、调控一体化、运维一体化提供技术支撑。 |

Substation configuration description (SCD) plays a critical role in IEC 61850 based smart substations. This paper proposes a solution of smart substation secondary system visualization and intelligent diagnosis based on a complete SCD model, in order to mitigate the issue that the SCD file is difficult to effectively support object-oriented IEC 61850 advanced applications. This solution builds topological relationships among primary, secondary equipment, and network communication using SCD application models. The effectiveness of the proposed solution is validated in a demo platform of a 500 kV smart substation secondary system. This demo system realizes various advanced applications and object-oriented management of smart substation based on the complete SCD model, which will provide reliable technical support for substation operation without human being, dispatching and control integrated, as well as operation and maintenance integrated. |
