友好互动是智能电网的核心特征之一。智慧城市建设对智能电网的互动运行提出了新的要求,但是目前这方面的研究还相对薄弱。采用规范化分解和按需重组的方法,提出了一个智慧城市互动化业务框架,并从通信支撑、协议规范、安全保障等方面进行了分析。在此基础上,对智能电网对外服务进行了规范分解,并结合智慧城市需求进行了多源信息服务、应急抢险、需求响应业务的综合重组设计。最后,利用MatLab/Simulink工具进行了模拟仿真,验证了所提方案的高效服务能力。 |

Abstract: |
Flexible interaction is a key feature of smart grid. The construction of smart city puts forward new demands for the interactive operation of smart grid, but the current related researches are still relatively weak. With the methods of standardized decomposition and on-demand reconstruction, an interactive operation architecture of smart city is proposed which is analyzed from communication supports, protocol specification and security measures. Based on the architecture, the external business of smart grid is decomposed into standardized external services, the businesses of multi-source information integration service, emergency rescue and demand response are comprehensively restructured combining higher demands of smart city. Finally, a simulation model is developed on the Matlab/Simulink software, and the results show that the proposed architecture is effective. |
