针对电动汽车充电设施的运营模式和用户多样化需求,提出了一种基于物联网的充电设施柔性管理解决方案。构建了真正面向不同用户的充电服务网络管理平台架构,实现了对城市散布式充电桩、独立充电站等其他相关设施的全面智能监控运营管理。管理系统平台解决了充电卡消费过程中的余额不足和逃费问题,化解了充电设施经营商的金融风险,深度挖掘充电运营历史数据并辅助运营商决策运营,加强了充电设施的运营管理和客户服务水平,研究内容具有明显的实用意义。 |

Abstract: |
Given the operation modes of electric vehicle charging facilities and the diverse needs of users, this paper puts forword the flexible management solutions for the charging facilities based on the internet of things, constructs the charging service network management platform for different user, realizes monitoring and control operation management comprehensively and intelligently for the spread type charging pile in the city, independent charging station and other related facilities. The management system platform solves the problem of inadequate balance in the consuming process of the charge card and fee evasion, resolves the financial risk about the charging facilities operators, studies in-deepth the history data about charge operating and gives assistance to the operators for operational decisions, and strengthens level about operation management of the charging facilities and customer service, which has obvious practical significance. |
