随着具有节能减排等多种效用的电动汽车在国内迅速推广,在其智能充换电服务领域,政府、上下游产业相关方以及用户对信息共享、参与互动的需求日益迫切。基于此需求现状,提出了构建电动汽车公共服务互动平台的设想。通过互动平台总体目标、方案、架构的设计和相关关键技术领域的分析研究,设计互动平台的七大功能集群。提出互动平台的数据模型,研究平台的服务接口及流程。最后简述互动平台的网站及手机APP应用和对电动汽车充换电行业发展的意义。通过对电动汽车公共服务与互动平台的研究,为电动汽车公共服务领域的进一步发展,提供了重要的理论依据和应用探索,具有非常重要的研究和应用价值。 |

Abstract: |
With the rapid promotion of electric vehicles with multiple utilities such as energy conservation and emission reduction, in the area of intelligent charging and exchanging for electric service, the government, related parties of upstream and downstream industries, and users have increasingly urgent demand for information sharing and interactive participation. Based on the status of this demand, this paper proposes to build an idea of electric vehicles public service interactive platform. Through the overall objective, program, architecture design of interactive platform and analysis of related key technologies, it designs seven functional clusters for interactive platform. It gives data models of interactive platform and researches its service interfaces and processes. Finally, the paper describes website and mobile APP and the significance of the development of electric vehicle charging and exchanging industry. Through the research of electric vehicle’s public service and interactive platform, it provides theoretical basis and discovery application for further development of electric vehicle’s public service area, which possesses very important research and application value. |
