随着配网自动化水平不断提高,DG接入时,只要其相应保护及运行调度策略适应配网自动化水平,就可以将DG对配网的影响限制在最低水平。综合考虑DG容量、其支持孤岛运行方式特点及其稳态、暂态短路特性,采取相应的故障隔离及其电网自愈恢复策略实现这一目标。通过对DG正常运行潮流及故障时短路特性分析,采用调整保护定值和重合闸策略,并利用现有的配网自动化系统配合(包括设备自动化和远程可控开关),实现故障消除及事先制定的孤岛划分方案。通过实例分析可知在DG运行的配网上仍可实现故障定位及配网自恢复策略。 |

Abstract: |
The increase in the level of distribution network automation can limit the impact of DG on distribution network at the lowest level as long as its corresponding protection and operation scheduling strategy can adapt to the distribution network automation level when the DG is joined up. In this paper, on the basis of comprehensively considering DG capacity, namely, the characteristics of supporting the island operation mode and the characteristics in the steady and transient state, the corresponding fault isolation and its power network self-healing strategy are adopted to achieve this goal. Through the analysis of the normal operation flow of DG and the characteristics of the short circuit at fault time, the adjustment of protection setting value and the reclosing strategy are used; the cooperation of existing equipment distribution network automation system (including equipment automation and remote controllable switches) is also used to realize the fault elimination and the isolated island partition scheme. Through the case analysis, it can be seen that the distribution network running on the DG can also achieve the fault location and the distribution network self-recovery strategy. |
