电网频率作为描述负荷与发电平衡的重要变量具有随机性。传统的一次调频研究主要关注的是单次一次调频,缺乏从统计学方面对一次调频进行研究和改进。从统计学的角度,针对电网频率所存在的非正态分布及其带来的问题,将传统发电机下垂特性应用于一次调频,提出了改进的一次调频控制策略。即在通过下垂控制与无死区一次调频控制的切换,使电网不设置调频死区,同时又不会因为没有死区而引起机组的频繁动作。通过理论分析和仿真,论证了所提的策略改善了电力系统频率的非正态分布所带来的问题,有利于提高系统频率稳定性。 |

Abstract: |
Grid frequency is an important variable which descripts load and generation balance. The frequency of grid is random. The traditional primary frequency modulation concentrates more on the single time, lacking of research and improvement from the statistical aspects. The conventional generator droop control is applied to primary frequency modulation to solve the problem of the non normal distribution. The proposed droop control strategy and non-dead zone traditional control strategy will switch according to the frequency of the grid. The generator won’t react frequently for there is on dead zone. Through theoretical analysis and simulation, it is demonstrated that the proposed method improves the frequency of power system and the problem of non normal distribution, which is beneficial to improve the system frequency stability. |
