提高光伏并网渗透能力的电价激励负荷转移策略研究

摘要:
提出一种计及光伏出力的实时电价激励机制以实现负荷转移、提高光伏并网渗透率。根据光伏发电曲线和需求响应特性建立了反映光伏出力的实时电价模型和用户的电价响应模型。结合实时电价和用户响应模型构建了负荷转移的实现方法和流程,从而鼓励用户主动将可转移负荷向光伏出力大的时段转移,提高光伏出力时段的净负荷值。算例表明所提方法能够有效削弱光伏出力波动性对电网的不利影响,提高电网接纳光伏发电的能力。

Abstract:
A PV output related real-time electricity price exciting strategy is proposed to achieve load transfer and PV penetration improvement. The PV output based electricity price model and the price response model are established according to PV generating curves and the demand response characteristics. Combined with real time price and demand response model, the implementation as well as the flowchart of load transfer strategy is constructed. Example shows that the proposed method can reduce the adverse impact caused by the PV output fluctuation, and improve PV penetration rate to power systems.
