经过分析模块化多电平换流器上下桥臂电流成分以及子模块电容电压波动特性,计算桥臂子模块电容2倍频电流,提出了一种抑制柔性直流输电电容电压波动的方法。该方法通过向桥臂中注入2倍频电流来抑制电容电压波动。设计了2倍频谐波注入控制器,通过控制桥臂中2倍频环流的大小来达到最优化减小子模块电容电压波动。通过PSCAD仿真比较了环流抑制为零和注入二次谐波情况下的电容电压波动大小,并对电容电压波动进行了谐波分析,验证了所提出方法的正确有效性。 |

By analyzing upper and lower bridge arm current component of modular multilevel converter and characteristic of sub-module capacitor voltage ripple, and calculating the doubling-frequency current of MMC capacitor, this paper proposes an algorithm for suppressing the capacitor voltage ripple through injecting doubling harmonic current in the arm bridge current of MMC. The doubling harmonic current injection controller is designed to control the value of the current and get the optimal doubling harmonic thus to minimize the capacitor voltage fluctuation of sub-module. The capacitor voltage ripple range is compared when the suppressing circulating current is zero and second harmonic current is injected by using the simulation results based on PSCAD environment, and the capacitor voltage harmonic distortion rate is analyzed. The results verify the validity and efficiency of the algorithm. |
