能源互联网是实现我国能源革命目标的关键手段之一,然而其多能互补的特点增加了能源供应的复杂性,从而影响到区域范围内系统能源供应的协调有序。针对区域内能源供给网络的系统规划问题开展了研究,建立了以考虑投资、运行、经济、环境综合成本为目标函数,考虑电网、热网多元约束和电、热能源互补的区域能源供给网络规划模型,运用正态分布量子粒子群算法对模型进行求解。以华北某市郊区的区域能源规划为案例进行能源供给网络的规划,并与传统规划模式进行对比分析。结论表明,所提出的模型能够对至少含有煤电、气电和热能的区域综合能源供给网络进行规划,且规划方案的成本要低于传统规划方案。此外,所应用的正态分布量子粒子群算法在解决此类规划问题时具有较强的性能,具有较广阔的应用空间。 |

Abstract: |
Energy Internet is one of the key means to realize the energy revolution. However, its characteristics of multiple kinds of energy complementing will increase the complexity of energy supply and thus affect the coordination and order of the system energy supply in the region. This paper carries out the research on the system planning of energy supply network in a certain region. Considering the comprehensive cost of investment, operation, economy and environment as the objective function, it establishes the planning model of regional power supply network considering multiple constraints of power grid and heat supply network and the energy complementary of electric and heat. The model is then solved by Gaussian quantum-behaved PSO algorithm. The regional energy planning of some outskirts of a city in North China is taken as a case of energy supply network planning and compared with traditional planning model. The conclusion shows that the method proposed is able to make planning for regional energy supply network, which contains coal-fired power, pneumoelectric and thermal power at least. Besides, the G-QPSO algorithm used in this paper has a good performance in solving this kind of planning problem; therefore, it has a promising perspective of application.
