为了降低广域后备保护通信量,提高故障识别的容错性,提出了基于故障关联系数的广域后备保护新方法。在故障发生后,主站对子站上传的母线各序电压比例系数进行排序以确定候选故障线路。然后,主站向相关子站索取候选故障线路及其相邻线路的保护和方向元件的动作信息,用于计算线路的故障关联系数。最后,主站通过融合线路的故障关联系数并且和设定的门槛值进行比较来实现故障线路的识别。仿真算例表明,新算法广域通信量小,并且具有较高的容错性,可提高广域后备保护的性能。 |

In order to reduce the communication traffic of wide-area backup protection (WABP) and improve the fault-tolerance capability of fault identification, this paper proposes a new algorithm of WABP based on fault correlation coefficient. After power grid is fault, the master station ranks the sequence voltage proportional coefficient from substations in order to identify the candidate fault line. Then master station obtains the action information of protection and direction component of candidate fault line and adjacent line to calculate fault correlation coefficient of line. Lastly, the master station integrates the fault correlation coefficient of line and compares it with the given threshold value to identify the fault line. The simulation example shows the new algorithm has small wide area communication traffic and high fault-tolerance capability and can significantly improve the performance of WABP. |
