摘要: |
为了从众多低压配网台区中高效筛选出健康状态差的台区进行优化改造,提出基于序关系-熵权法的低压配网台区健康状态评估方法。首先从低压配网台区的6个状态指标建立评估指标体系。其次对指标进行一致化处理,并用极值处理法对指标进行无量纲处理。然后用序关系分析法加入专家经验求得各指标的主观权重,同时用熵权法求得各指标的客观权重。最后利用拉格朗日最优乘子法求得各指标的综合权重,得到低压配网台区健康状态的评估函数,根据评估函数值对低压配网台区健康状态做出评估。通过对某地的若干个低压配网台区进行实例分析,验证了该评估方法的可行性和高效性。 |

Abstract: |
In order to efficiently choose poor health status networks from many low-voltage distribution networks to optimize and improve them, this paper proposes an evaluation method of health status of low-voltage distribution network based on order relation-entropy method. Firstly, evaluation index system from 6 status indexes is established. Secondly the indexes are processed consistently, and the indexes dimensionless is processed with extreme value. Then order relation analysis combining expertise is utilized to obtain index subjective weight, meanwhile entropy method is utilized to obtain index objective weight. Finally the optimal Lagrange multiplier method is used to obtain comprehensive index weight, then evaluation function is got, and health status of low-voltage distribution networks is assessed by the function. The feasibility and efficiency of the evaluation method are verified by analyzing several low voltage distribution networks in a certain area.
