摘要: |
储能具有削峰填谷、改善电压质量等作用,在配电网中具有极其重要的地位。研究制定蓄电池储能系统运行策略,并用其指导配电网中储能配置问题。以综合经济效益最大为上层规划目标函数,储能配置容量为控制变量,考虑了储能投资成本、运行维护成本、节约电能损耗收入和储能低储高放套利收入等因素。采用启发式数学方法,以分布式电源出力与电网负荷叠加后的等效负荷曲线为基础,根据一定指标提出一种考虑分时电价的蓄电池储能系统充放电策略,并作为下层规划部分,建立二层规划模型。利用嵌入启发式方法的遗传算法对该模型进行求解。用修改的IEEE33节点系统进行分析,验证了所建模型的有效性,并将提出的储能充放电策略与现有的典型充放电策略对比,说明了所提策略的优越性。 |

Abstract: |
The energy storage has the functions of reducing peak and filling valley, improving voltage quality, etc. It plays a great role in the power distribution network. This paper studies and formulates the operation strategy of battery energy storage system, then uses it to guide the distribution network storage allocation problem. By maximizing the comprehensive economic benefits as the upper planning objective, the storage capacity is controlled variable, considering the factors such as the investment cost, operation maintenance cost, saving energy loss, saving cost of energy low price charging high price discharge and so on. According to certain index a battery charge-discharge strategy is proposed by heuristic method. This strategy is based on the equivalent load curve that distributed generation output and daily load overlay and considers the sub time electricity price, the strategy formulation as the lower part of the planning, thus two- layer planning model is established. A genetic algorithm with embedded heuristic method is used to solve the model. An improved IEEE 33-bus system is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model, and the proposed charging-discharging strategy is compared with the existing typical charging-discharging strategy, which shows the superiority of the strategy in this paper. |
