摘要: |
人为因素是影响电力系统操作可靠性的重要因素,并受到越来越多的重视,但人因数据的缺乏成了阻碍电力系统人因可靠性分析(HRA)领域发展的重要原因。在总结分析电力系统人因可靠性研究现状的基础上,提出了电力系统操作相关的扩展认知模型及行为影响因子(PIFs)分类体系,并设计开发了针对电力系统领域的人因数据库系统。所设计的数据库系统除了具有人因数据采集和管理等基本功能外,还具有人因失误率(HEP)统计计算功能和数据共享机制。结果证明,该数据库系统可以为验证已有人因可靠性分析方法对电力系统操作的适用性及发展新的人因可靠性分析方法提供数据支持。 |

Human factor is important to power system operation reliability and getting increasing attention. However, the lack of method and data in human reliability analysis (HRA) is becoming an important reason for preventing the development of HRA in power system. In allusion to the status of HRA in power systems, this paper proposes an expanded cognitive model and PIFs hierarchy related to power system operation. Then a database system of human factor in power system is established, which has functions of data collection, data management, human error probability (HEP) calculation, and data sharing. Results show that the database system can provide data support for verifying the applicablility of existed HRA method for power system operation and developing new HRA method.
