搭建了电网频率测量平台,分别在湖北和贵州两地测得电网频率数据。实测结果表明,这两地的电网频率分布形状相近,与现有研究得出的结论有一定差异。这种电网频率分布的成因主要是负荷波动带宽受限和AGC控制非线性。综合考虑了以上因素,通过仿真得出了与实测结果相符合的电网频率分布。最后讨论了CPS应用条件,得出大样本抽样是CPS2应用条件的结论,即计算CPS2的时间应足够长。 |

The frequency measurement platforms are constructed to measure and obtain the power frequency in Hubei province and Guizhou province respectively. The results show that the frequency distribution characteristics of the two places are similar, which have certain differences with the existing conclusions. The main causes of such frequency distribution are automatic generation control (AGC) non-linear strategy and the load fluctuation characteristics of limited bandwidth. The same frequency distribution with the practical measurement results is presented through simulation considering the above causes. The applying conditions of control performance standard (CPS) is discussed, and the conclusion that the applying condition of CPS2 is large sampling is drawn, that is the CPS2 calculation interval should be long enough. |
