摘要: |
为了更加科学、合理和客观地反映继电保护装置运行状态,提出了一种基于模糊DEA理论的继电保护状态评价方法。在兼顾有效性和可行性的基础上,结合继电保护装置的故障情况提取状态监测信息,并与历史运行信息及其他因素相关联,建立继电保护状态评价体系。引入模糊理论中评判集及模糊正态隶属度函数等概念对各定性指标进行量化。在此基础上,运用基于 截集解的改进模糊DEA模型对继电保护装置运行状态进行综合评价,根据平均效率评价值得出其运行状态评价结果。最后,通过算例对该方法的有效性和合理性进行了验证。 |

Abstract: |
In order to reflect the status of relay protection device more scientifically, reasonably and objectively, a state evaluation method of relay protection based on fuzzy DEA theory is proposed. Based on the consideration of the effectiveness and feasibility, combined with the fault condition of relay protection, this paper extracts state monitoring information, and associates with the historical operation information and other factors, then establishes the evaluation system of relay protection. Concepts such as the theory of fuzzy evaluation set and fuzzy Gaussian membership functions are introduced to quantify the qualitative indicators. Then the improved fuzzy DEA model based on the cut set solution is used to evaluate the running state of relay protection device, and running state evaluation results are got by average efficiency value. Finally, the validity and rationality of the method are verified by an example. |
