风电的随机波动性影响了电力系统经济运行。为充分挖掘需求侧响应资源,需要考虑不同负荷对电价响应的差异性,并将其融入传统调度中。首先,基于电价弹性矩阵,对用户的电价响应行为建模。其次,分析不同负荷的电价响应特性,对负荷进行分类。在此基础上,基于峰谷分时电价,以系统运行经济性为目标,考虑用户满意度约束,建立多类型负荷协调控制模型。并将模型转化为一个双层优化问题,利用差分进化粒子群算法进行求解。最后,在一10机系统中进行仿真验证。结果表明,所建立的多类型负荷协调控制模型可充分挖掘不同负荷的需求响应能力,能有效降低发电成本,有利于系统经济运行。 |

The stochastic fluctuations of wind influence economic operation of power system. We need to consider the differences of different load response to electricity prices in order to tap demand response resource fully, and blend it in the traditional scheduling. Firstly, based on price-elasticity matrix, this paper establishes the behaviour of the load response to price. Secondly, it analyses electricity price response characteristics of different loads, and classifies the load. Based on TOU price, it establishes coordinated control model of multi-type load. This model regards the cost of consumed energy as the objective, and takes satisfaction of the electricity load behaviour into consideration. The model can be converted into a double optimization problem, and the hybrid algorithms about differential evolution and particle swarm optimization are used to solve this problem. Lastly, its good performance is tested using a ten-unit system after simulation, the result shows that the model can tap demand response resource fully, reduce the cost of power generation and be good for operation of system in an economic and safe mode. |
