基于视频集成及智能分析的一键式程序化控制技术研究

摘要:
现有的视频监控存在多方面的不足,未能和SCADA系统融合,不同类型的视频设备集成到变电站监控系统存在困难。提出了分层分布式的系统架构设计,视频监控和SCADA系统深度集成,为变电站高级应用构建了统一应用支撑平台,实现了基于视频集成及智能分析的一键式程序化控制。采用多种算法对电气设备的运行状态进行分析,将分析结果作为程序化操作的判据之一,实现了程序化控制的多源确认。重点阐述了视频集成、程序化操作多源确认、视频智能分析、视频联动和智能巡检等功能。研制的系统已经在多个智能变电站得到成功应用。

Research on sequential control technique based on video integration and intelligent analysis

Abstract:
There are many inadequacies in current video surveillance system, it’s not integrated with the SCADA system, and there are difficulties in the integration of different types of video devices into the substation monitoring system. The system adopts level distribution design, integrates video surveillance system and the SCADA system, builds unified application support platform for substation advanced application, implements sequential control technique based on video integration and intelligent analysis. The running state of primary equipment is analyzed by using a variety of video intelligent analysis algorithms, the system uses the analysis result as one of the criteria for the sequential control operation and realizes the multi-source confirmation of the sequential control result. The functions such as video integration, sequential control multi-source confirmation, video intelligent analysis, video joint and intelligent detection are expounded. The system developed has been successfully applied in the multiple smart substation.
