提出一种针对STATCOM主回路开关器件IGBT和续流二极管的开路故障诊断的新方法。分析发生单管IGBT和续流二极管开路故障时,STATCOM三相电流波形会发生相应的变化和缺失,引出当某相IGBT或二极管开路时,该相电流正(负)半波的无功功率会减小。将每相电流正负半波的无功功率的归一化值Slm作为特征值来判断故障所在相,随后引入故障相电流四分之一周期功率差dlx作为辅助特征值进一步区分IGBT和续流二极管的开路故障。最后仿真证明该方法不仅可以区分出单管IGBT和续流二极管的开路故障,还可区分出部分IGBT和续流二极管双管开路故障,且除去轻载状况下,本方法不受负载波动的影响。 |

Abstract: |
This paper proposes a new solution to locate the open circuit fault of the switching device IGBT and diode in STATCOM. It’s analyzed that part of the current waveform will change or miss, when the single IGBT and diode open circuit fault occur. So it can be concluded that the reactive power corresponding to the positive and negative current of one phase will reduce, when IGBT and diode open circuit fault occur in this phase. Slm, the normalized value of reactive power corresponding to the positive and negative current of each phase is used to locate the fault phase. Besides, dlx, 1/4 cycle power difference of the fault phase current, is utilized to help differ the IGBT fault from the diode fault. Simulation proves that it not only can differ the single IGBT fault from the single diode fault, but also can be adopted in part of the situation where two IGBTs fault or two diodes fault occur. Besides, it is load independent except in the light load condition. |
