根据《配电自动化实用化验收细则》中对配电自动化运维考核要求,重点围绕终端在线率、遥信动作正确率、遥控使用率与遥控成功率四项指标进行考核。目前对配电自动化运维指标的研究主要集中在计算方法上,缺乏对影响各项考核指标的因子及其影响程度的研究。基于故障树提出了适用于配电自动化的实用分析方法。根据配电自动化各运维指标特性,分析影响各指标的因子并建立故障树模型。依据比例分摊原则,计算出各运维指标中各因子的贡献比例,分析出各运维指标中的薄弱环节,并根据实际的运维情况给出技术建议与管理措施,从而优化配电自动化考核指标。在现场运维中,对分摊率较高的因子进行监控和整改,可有效提升配电自动化运维指标,以保证配电自动化的正常运行。 |

According to the requirements of “detailed specification of practicality acceptance for distribution automation systems”, four assessment indicators, including terminal online rate, correctness rate of remote signal, remote control usage rate and remote control success rate, are focused. At present, the researches about the operation and maintenance index of distribution automation mainly focus on the calculation methods, and are lack of the researches about the factors of influencing test index and its influencing degree. A practical analysis method of distribution automation based on fault tree is proposed. Combined with the indicator characteristics of the distribution automation operation and maintenance, it analyzes influencing factors of each index and establishes fault tree model. According to the proportional sharing principle, the contribution ratio of each factor of each operation and maintenance index is calculated. The weak link of each operation and maintenance index is identified. Then according to actual operation and maintenance condition, the technical advice and management measures are proposed to optimize the evaluation index of the distribution automation. In the actual operation and maintenance, the factors with higher allocation rate is monitored and rectified to improve the operation and maintenance index of distribution automation and ensure the normal operation of distribution automation. |
