为了给高海拔地区220 kV线路的带电检修和维护工作提供技术依据,保证线路带电作业的安全开展,针对高海拔地区220 kV输电线路带电作业安全距离,分别在西藏羊八井(海拔4300 m)、青海乌兰(海拔3000 m)、青海硝湾(海拔2200 m)的试验场地进行了220 kV输电线路实际尺寸杆塔不同作业位置的操作冲击放电特性试验,得到了不同工况下的操作冲击放电特性曲线。根据以上试验结果和低海拔地区220 kV输电线路带电作业已有的研究成果,结合常用海拔校正方法,通过危险率的计算,推荐了海拔3000~5500 m范围内220 kV输电线路带电作业所需的最小安全距离及最小组合间隙距离。研究结果可为220 kV输电线路的工程设计和带电作业提供技术依据。 |

Experimental study on safety distance of live working is carried out in high-altitude areas for 220 kV transmission line in order to supply technical base for live overhaul and maintenance of 220 kV line and guarantee safe operation of live working. Switching impulse discharge characteristics tests of live working in different working positions of trim-size tower for 220 kV transmission line are performed in Yangbajing, Tibet (4300 m), Wulan, Qinghai (3000 m), Xiaowan, Qinghai (2200 m) respectively. The discharge characteristic curves under different work conditions are given. According to the above test results and the existing research on low altitude areas for 220 kV transmission line live working, the required live working minimum safety distance and complex gap within the range of altitude 3000 ~ 5500 m for 220 kV transmission line are calculated and analyzed by combining with the common altitude correction methods and the calculation of hazard scale. The results of this experimental investigation provide technical reference for engineering design and live working of 220 kV transmission line. |
