基于全生命周期成本理论,建立考虑资金时间价值的配网开关柜全生命周期采购成本、运行成本、故障成本和报废成本的计算模型和敏感度分析的计算方法。对配网开关柜全生命周期各阶段成本进行分析,确定配网开关柜质量和采购成本的平衡点。结合实际算例,对配网开关柜全生命周期成本的各阶段成本和敏感度进行分析。找出了影响配网开关柜全生命周期成本的关键成本因素,提出了减少配网开关柜全生命周期成本的方法。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the theory of life cycle cost, the model of life cycle cost of switchgear considering the value of time is established. The model includes calculation method of purchase cost, operation cost, failure cost, scrap cost and sensitivity analysis of switchgear. Different stages of the life cycle cost are analyzed and balance point between the quality and the purchasing cost is found. A practical example is illustrated to analyze the proportion and sensitivity of cost in different stages. The key factors of the life cycle cost of switchgear are found and the methods of reducing the life cycle cost of switchgear are put forward.
