随着智能变电站的不断建设和监测技术手段的不断发展,继电保护系统进行状态检修已成为可能。但现有继电保护状态检修研究大多基于定性分析,缺少科学、合理的定量理论研究。基于此,结合智能变电站继电保护系统各组件的故障机理和类型、演变特点,将影响设备运行工况的因素分成长期演变型和短期骤变型两类。并建立了DTDS(Degradation-Threshold and Degradation-Shock)模型描述各组件在不同运行状况下的故障率分布模型,考虑设备老化、检修回归等因素的影响。其中,通过最小二乘法求解DT(Degradation-Threshold)模型,通过Gamma分布描述DS(Degradation-Shock)模型。在此基础上,结合继电保护系统的误动和拒动特性,分别建立了单套继电保护系统和双重化继电保护系统的风险评估模型,以实现智能变电站继电保护系统的检修策略优化。 |

With the construction of smart substation and the development of monitoring technology, the Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) of relay protection system can be implemented. However, most of the maintenance strategies of relay protection system considering the condition monitoring are studied qualitatively, without quantitative theoretical research of science and reasonableness. On this basis, according to the failure mechanism, failure types and evolution features of the components in smart substation relay protection system, the factors affecting operation condition of equipment are classified to long-term degradation failure and short-term shock failure. The failure rate distribution model of the components are described by the Degradation-Threshold and Degradation-Shock (DTDS) model under different conditions considering the influence of the aging of equipment and maintenance regression. Thereinto, Degradation Threshold (DT) model is solved by using least square method and Degradation-Shock (DS) model is described through Gamma distribution. Moreover, the risk assessment models of single and dual configuration of relay protection systems are established respectively combining the characteristics of the refuse-to-operate failure and the mal-operation failure to optimize CBM of relay protection system in smart substation.
