单相准Z源逆变器二倍频纹波的抑制及应力分析

摘要:
单相准Z源逆变器(Quasi-Z-Source Inverter, QZSI)可在单级系统中实现DC-DC与DC-AC变换,但其直流侧含有二倍频纹波,在应用中受到限制。讨论基于有源功率解耦的单相QZSI二倍频纹波抑制方法,针对逆变器有输出无功的情况,提出逆变器功率因数角在[-π/2, π/2]内变化时桥臂的电压、电流应力分析和推导方法。基于电压应力最小原则,给出新增回路交流解耦电容取值及其电压参考值的整定方法,并设计闭环控制策略。最后,通过仿真及实验结果验证相关理论的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:
Single phase Quasi Z Source Inverter (QZSI) can implement DC-DC and DC-AC conversion in single stage system, but it has double-line frequency ripple in DC side, which limits its application. This paper discusses the suppression of double-line frequency ripple of single-phase QZSI with active power decoupling. With the output reactive power of inverter, it proposes the analysis and derivation method of the phase legs' voltage and current stress when the power factor angle changes in the [-π/2,π/2] range. Based on the minimum voltage stress principle, the value of the new loop AC decoupling capacitor and its voltage reference value setting method are given, and the closed-loop control strategy is designed. Simulation and prototype experiments are shown to prove the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
