摘要: |
为提高配电网规划工作的科学性,提出了一种以解决现状电网问题为导向的配电网自动规划方法。首先利用配电网接线模式识别及潮流运算的结果对待规划电网中的典型问题进行识别。其次通过对规划中如线路安全载流量、配变容量等各类电网技术约束及其他普适的边界条件,如馈线挂接配变容量限制、负荷供电距离等进行抽象、量化形成了针对各类典型问题的方案自动生成方法。最后以中压线路重/过载问题及单辐射线路与首端环网线路改造问题为例,对所提自动规划方法进行了详细的说明与验证。 |

Abstract: |
To increase the scientificity of distribution network planning, an innovative problem-oriented automatic distribution grid planning method is proposed. Firstly, the power flow and feeder connection mode identification results are used to identify the typical network problems in the distribution grid to be planned. Then, strategies to automatically generate the solutions to the above problems are designed by quantifying both technical limitations such as line and transformer capacities limits, and practical engineering constraints such as feeder-connected transformer capacity limits, power supply path length limits, etc. Taking a mid-voltage line-overloading problem and two different types of the feeder reconstruction problems as examples, the proposed method is finally verified and explained in detail.
