针对电力系统被更替设备的处理问题,提出了一种资源再利用的解决思路,并以模拟量输入式合并单元为例,通过软硬件调整,将其改造为交流采样测试装置。首先分析了合并单元的现有资源,给出了硬件调整方案,采用最简化配置,兼容互感器、模件、装置等不同的采样接入方式。然后给出了软件调整方案,采用增量模式,结合应用需求,增加交流采样测试功能。随后分析了非周期分量衰减时间常数、最大峰值瞬时误差、波形畸变监视等测试模块的功能原理,并给出了详细的设计方案及实现步骤。最后,结合不同的测试场合,给出了具体的应用实例。试验结果表明,该装置可以较好地适用于交流采样测试。 |

Abstract: |
To deal with the replaced equipment in power system, a resource reused solution is proposed. And a merging unit of analog input is taken for instance, which is converted to AC sampling test device by software and hardware adjustments. First of all, the present resources of the merging unit are analyzed, while the hardware adjusting scheme with simplified configuration is given, compatible with the transformers, modules, devices and other different sampling access modes. Then according to the application requirements, the software adjusting scheme is introduced, adopting incremental mode and adding AC sampling test functions. Additionally the principles of different testing function are analyzed, such as decay time constant, maximum peak instantaneous error and waveform monitoring, while the detailed design scheme and implementation steps are discussed. Finally, the specific application instances are given according to different test occasions. The results show that the device can be applied to AC sampling test. |
