探讨了智能变电站在调度控制中心的即插即用应用场景,提出并实现了一种智能变电站图形文件在调度控制中心即插即用技术。该技术无需源端维护图形文件,只需要获取变电站SCD模型数据后,自动生成变电站主接线图。方法改变了调度端利用人工绘制变电站接线图的传统方式,通过解析变电站的模型文件,解析出变电站的拓扑关系,利用深度优先搜索算法将设备进行分组。然后构建布局的目标函数,利用全局优化算法逐步寻优的过程中调整布局元件的位置,最终生成变电站的主接线图。为了节省搜索的时间,改进了全局优化算法的邻域搜索策略。将所提出的技术应用于某省500 kV变电站主接线图的自动生成,结果表明此技术能够快速生成主接线图。 |

This paper discusses the plug-and-play application scenario of smart substation in dispatching control center, and proposes and realizes a plug-and-play technology of smart substation graphics file in dispatching control center. The technology does not need to maintain the graphics file at the source, only need to obtain substation SCD model, automatically generate substation main wiring diagram. By analyzing the SCD file of the substation, the topology relation of the substation is obtained. The devices are grouped by the depth-first search algorithm in topology relation. Then the objective function of the layout is constructed, and the position of the layout element is adjusted by the global optimization algorithm. Finally, the main wiring diagram of the substation is generated during the iterative optimization process. In order to save the search time, the neighborhood optimization strategy of the global optimization algorithm is improved. The technique of this paper is applied to the automatic generation of the main wiring diagram of 500 kV substation in a province. The results show that this technology can quickly generate the main wiring diagram.
